Here are some of the things the book will do:
- Explain why writing for the Web is different than writing for print… and how to do it.
- Help you understand your four visitor types and how to talk to each kind.
- Tell you how to find the key words to use so you can tell your visitors “what’s in it for them.”
- Explain exactly what you need to put in your headlines and subheads. (hint… it begins with a “B”).
- Explain exactly what NOT to put in any of your content. (hint… it begins with a “J”).
- Show you how to identify your USP and how to use it to stand apart from your competitors.
- Teach you the difference between your customer’s needs and their wants – and how to give them what they want.
- Tell you what kinds of images actually work on your site and what kinds do not.
- Teach you how to ask for the order.
Do these sound like things you could use some help with? I know I could.

Great post, Jeff.
Thanks for the link. I got both the free ebooks, MYWS and Make Your Content Pre-Sell. Hope I didn’t steal your thunder on that one.

I wish I could tell you how many times veteran internet marketers finally fess up and admit they got their start with SBI.
I wish I would have known about them when I started last August. I would have moved quicker to get even to where I’m at now.
You have a great blog.
Best,
Jeff
Well…when it comes to confessions…the whole Ken Evoy book series was my first introduction to serious online marketing.
Affiliate Marketing, Copywriting, Ebay, it’s all covered with Ken’s stuff.

Hey Jeff,
Ken Evoy and SiteSell was what got me started too. I have read all of their products and got a lot of great information from them. Even in today’s fast paced, blogging world I think they are still relevant and can teach newbies, and even veterans, a thing or two.
Tims last blog post..Have you done any advertising today?
Hi Tim,
It’s so funny because the more I blog about their excellent product, the more IM’ers come out of the closet and admit SiteSell was THE THING that either got them started or turned it around for them.
Thanks for dropping by, Tim.
Feel welcome anytime!
Jeff
