I freely admit I got this idea from Lifehacker. Sometimes the difference between success and failure on a project or task is in how you look at it. Handing somebody a ten item to-do list and telling them to get it done is completely different from explaining the why to them and getting them to buy into the project. There are literally hundreds of productivity systems out there. Almost all of them will work if you’re on board with them.
What I’m proposing here is not one system over another but refinements that can be made to your mindset that open you up to creative solutions rather than depending on the rote methodology.
I’ll be presenting these from time to time as I’ve experienced them and hope that you will benefit from them as well. Look at them as refinements that should help you get over or around a mental roadblock. Watch for the brain graphic in posts to find these valuable insights.
Please let me know what you think of them by commenting. Some you may see as silly or stupid. I just hope you’re able to find occasional nuggets of clarity that help you move on to another level of success.
I’d also love to hear of any mind hacks you’ve been using that you think others would find helpful. Many minds are better than one!
